NICHOLAS A. MORETTI, PMP

In today’s competitive Real Estate market, it has never been more important to work with a Realtor that is highly organized and trained to manage multiple priorities.  My whole background to this point is uniquely positioned to meet this challenge.

I am a lifelong South County, Rhode Island resident and a graduate of South Kingstown High School. I proudly served my country as a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force.  After receiving my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Degree from the University of Rhode Island, my passion to continue with my education in Management Information Systems and Information Technology led me to pursue a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from Bryant University.  This is a designation only achieved by a small number of Project Management Professionals worldwide.

My career in the Information Technology field was spent primarily working for a multi-national Fortune 500 company.  From my beginnings in Desktop Administration through my last role as an Infrastructure Project Manager, I took pride in my reputation for providing excellent service to my clients and being an effective communicator.  Building quality relationships with the people involved in each project, my clients entrusted me to provide them with strong results.

My family has always been involved in the construction business so I have also worked in many construction jobs over the years, learning hands on about most every facet of the home building process.  I have even completed an extensive renovation of my own home and I know what a “fixer upper” looks like from the inside out.

I have chosen to pursue a career in Real Estate as my combined set of life experiences has provided me with the unique ability to manage and prioritize each of the many steps in a real estate transaction with superior results.  My background makes me qualified to be highly successful in meeting the needs of my clients.
